Hello all! 2018 is here!
This winter, I will be working sleepless nights on making the Ellis Island Migrant hospital Book Project a reality! In 2017, I have brought 45 photographers to this historical place and each participant came back with something to say and something to show. And I decided to make the project public! Designing, editing, re-writing, gathering funds and meeting publishers will be my Winter mission!
I will also be teaching a project-making class at the International Center of Photography in New York. Please click on the ICP Classes option in the menu on the left to read details.
Starting in March, I will be officially launching my Off-The-Beaten-Path series with two unique workshops on board NYC ships! Don't miss it, it happens in March!
Later this Spring I will be teaching a one-of-a-kind activist workshop in collaboration with French artist JR's NY studio. I will also be offering more dates for half-day trips to the Ellis Island Migrant Hospital and opening a new book making Brooklyn series. More information will be posted on the ICP and Private Workshop menu of this website in march 2018.
Note: All private workshops will be taught on location or at Stephanie's studio in Brooklyn or in the field. All ICP classes will be taught at the ICP school in midtown Manhattan
